4 Weeks Old! A week of solid food and time has transformed the potato puppies into little dogs. The crew has moved into their weaning pen, started on sound desensitization, been introduced to a crate and even ventured outside in the backyard yesterday. We will start introducing them to some fur and feathers this weekend with more time outdoors.

The days are absolutely flying by with the "A" lit

The days are absolutely flying by with the "A" litter turning 3 weeks old yesterday. The puppies are moving around well in their box now and will get their first taste of puppy mush tonight. So far they are overall a very consistent group with all 7 weighing in between 3.4 and 3.9 pounds at this milestone.

At two weeks old, the "A" litter are getting more mobile and all but one eye is open among the group. They continue to grow and develop at such a rapid pace that there is almost always a noticeable change between AM & PM.
